Well... we just got back from our 42 hrs of driving time, 1 week road trip. We started in Orem, went to Boise to visit family then on to Portland, the Tillamook cheese Factory had had some ice cream and cheese curd. Then to Cape Lookout where we had a rainy night in the tent. From there we took highway 101 all the way to San Francisco where we stopped in the Redwood Forests along the way. Then we went to Pier 39 and the Golden Gate Bridge and on through Fresno to Las Vegas then to St. George to visit my first Mission President and Wife, President and Sister Hinton. We also met with the Andersen's. Then we went to Zion's National Park, then home. We had a great time driving and stopping at 5 Temples (Portland, Oakland, Fresno, Las Vegas, and St. George) on our circle loop trip of the west coast.

A really cool experience: At the Oakland Temple Visitors Center we met Sister Leung. She was from an area in Hong Kong where Mareo had served in on his mission. They were talking about people and the places and Mareo asked if she knew Nick Jeung. Her eyes lit up, and she said yes "He is the one who introduced me to the church." Nick is now at BYU but was 17 when Mareo and his companion Ryan Smith taught and baptized him in January of 2003. Its really neat to see the work of the Lord and how it changes people and the miracles that happen.

Hope you like our pictures........
